Shopping centre regulations?

should the old, the fat, mothers with children and other slow movers be banned from shopping centres. they gang up and surround me with their slow imbecile waddle walking and the fatties block my escape routes as do pram/push chair mothers. should we set a minimum speed test and maximum waist size test at the entrance. they shouldnt be allowed to slow real people down. we could let them in at off-peak hours to slowly waddle and dither around each other all they want.
