A Dyslexic College/University?

Are there Universities or Colleges that are for Dyslexia (or maybe those with a reading disability). I know that there are high school's for such things. (Not that I go to one)I have dyslexia, and although I'm already a junior I'm looking at colleges/Universities to attend. I already have an idea of where to go but I might consider going to one that can help and teach me in the way that works for me. That is if I like the school itself of course. I would ask my school counselor but he might not know, plus I would like to get some info before I do. Please and Thank You.
