[PSYCHICS PLEASE] Sleep Paralysis The Room Closing in on you

What does it mean when the room appears to be closing in on you as if looking thru a camera shutter? In the dark area that is closing you see people looking at you and you hear people swearing and angry. Then I can't move scared to open my eyes and when I do, I see I little thing by my bed smiling at me. Smiling as if caught, cause it wasn't facing me but looking at me. Kind of sinister, and in the corner was a smoking color tall figure. What the hell is that!!
