should these people still be on the street? can someone try to make some sence to me re:all these repete criminals still being on the street.as the one in the washington shootings.i think the person or persons in the legal system who are responcible for them being back out on the street.should now be arrested with them.let the time fit the crime.arizona joe for attorny general.
