Lower cramping under my belly on?

okay during my period i had on my ovulation dates... um my "Private Part" is swollen a little and i feel like i am having my period... but no bleeding... i am cramping every 5 to 10 minuets maybe every 2 minuets... UM i am having trouble going to the bathroom, every time i go cramps hurt like hell.... and i haven't been able to sleep on my stomach, and this is my first time experience this, this happened like 4 weeks after i had unprotected ... whats going on? does this mean im having fertilization right now
