I have my B.A. in Organizational Management, now what do I do?

I just graduated less than 1 month ago. I've been applying like crazy for jobs because I feel like my brain is rotting working as a warehouse istant on a loading dock. Plus, I've got this degree and I'd love to use it. What do I do? How to I get noticed in the economy over everyone else vying for the same position? Where's a good site to learn how to build an impressive resume?
