Can someone help me knit a jumper for my little dog?

If you were near by it would be great for your dog. I crochet jackets for my sisters dog, and here comes some one that needs one so the dog and I give away another jacket and I rush to get him another one made. so we are doing our part in this line of charity. We can't stand to see the other dogs cold and shivering.
