Does is sound like i have ?

so i kissed my guy friend and the next next day i went to the dentist and she was harsh on my teeth stabbing my gums and i got a canker didnt hurt much and i didnt get sick so after that one healed i got another on and i got one on my cheek and on my gum. everyones telling me not to freak out its not so i have a dermalogist appointment and i ask does this canker look normal to you and shes like yeah its just a canker so im still freaking out depressed and just not my self cuz ive been sad so i was just crying for a good two hours so my mom is like ok you its just cankers i get them sometimes and i get more then one and im like ok so we called the doctor and she sed they look like normal cankers and just to put orabase on it and it should be fine but can you tell what looks like or no. ive been stressing out and ihavent been eating much
