Help! An annoying Neighbor!?

Report your neighbor to your landlord first, second, tell your neighbor that you are only 17 and if he offers you beer again you will be forced to report him to the authorities and have him arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If he doesn't back off call the police and have him arrested or sue him for harment.
