Is Bangladeshis residing in West Bengal are responsible for making Bengal a big terrorist helpful center?

lot of Bangladeshi are residing in west Bengal all have come crossing the national border and is politician are supporting them as their vote bank are these people are supporting the terrorist ?please let me know
