Is my house haunted? How can you tell if it's a good a bad ghost/spirit? Please help! This is ruining my life.

I am almost 17 years old and I live with my 83 year old grandmother and my mother in a house that my grandfather whom ive never met built. After I picked my friend up from her new duplex after she had seen an old woman there and slamming doors, I let her sleep at my house. Spirits went wild that night when she was there. Ive never seen this there before my whole entire life. We heard a lady's voice, the radio in the basement went blasting up, the linen door keeps opening, and I often hear an old man's voice. It scares me so much. Ive walked around my house with a bible, cross, rosery, and a scalpular. Ive told them they are bothering me and to go away and leave. Ive prayed to God to help. Nothing has helped. Now my fearless boyfriend is hearing and seeing them. He just laughs. Why are they doing this? Why are they here now? Why are they scaring me? Are they good or bad? Hoe do I get rid of them? What do they want from ME?! Please help me... :(
