There's got to be an easier way???!!!?

I've got a HUGE amount of stuff I'd like to take off my computer and store onto a Kingston disk. I know how to do it one by one but isn't there a way to do all of them at once??? I sure hope so or my grandkids will have to finish the job for me and they haven't even been born yet!!!
