Any Theoretical Physicists or experts on Special/General Relativity out there?

In GR moving matter generates a gravi-magnetic field which pushes test mes sideways just like a magnetic field pushes moving charges sideways. So yes matter moving does change the field, but does not increase it proportionally to it speed.
