Being transferred need opinions?

I've just gotten a transfer through work and I have to move 8 hours away, I have 1 month to do it. What is the best and most economical way to do this? Hire movers, or rent a truck or hire a truck & driver one way? I also have to drive my truck there so I need someone to drive the big truck .... I have little time & I'm overwelmed & confused.
