How to safeguard the Indian Nuclear Reactors?

The reactors in China are actually MUCH safer than any news outlet would let you know. When a reactor is built, the first thing they do is do a 'worst case scenario' checklist, including what will happen in the event of say; earthquakes, m fires, tornadoes, tsunamis etc... Every reactor (post chernobyl) has more safety regulations than a school ran by ex-peados.
