I need your opinion, the page that i made will not display on internet explorer, only at mozilla.?

I have just start making a page about american cultural literacy and i made it using dreamweaver. The url is http://www.geocities.com/americanculturalliteracy/ For the meantime i put it at geocities while it is still under construction so that anybody can view it. But when i let someone to open the url of the page that i made using internet explorer, it will not display. Only the background will appear. What do u think is the wrong on it? and also I'm wondering why is that the font size of it is different that when i preview it on dreamweaver it looks okay and even when i put it on geocities then i preview it they have the same font size but when i view it's url the font size of the other text is different.
