I like Cesar. I've learned a couple really handy methods from the show that have worked like a charm on my own dogs. Getting them to stop barking when the doorbell rings for example. I think no single trainer has all the answers for every single dog. I take what works for me and my dogs from several different sources and its basically been just trial and error. Now at 6 yo & 11 yo, I have 2 really well behaved dogs. :)

Step Daughter issues?

I have a 9 year old step daughter. I am having problems at the minute as she doesnt seems to be able to remember her manners! She lives with her mum and comes to stay with us every fortnight for 3 days then stays once during the week. Her rudeness at the dinner table and lack of manners is really getting to me now. Information about kidney transplant with no medications + no rejection by hybrid immune system.?

I want more information about the experimental proceedure that before a kidney transplant, the recipient will have an injection of bone marrow from the donor 1 month before the transplant. This suppose to creates a hybrid immune system. After the transplantation, the patient will take immune supressant drugs as usual but will be weened off the medication slowly. The hybrid immune system will prevent the body from attacking the new kidney. This proceedure has been sucessful in 70%+ patients. I want to learn as much as possible and will be participating in this research area in the future. This is so good because if a patient has to take immune supressants for the rest of their lives to prevent rejection, this is almost the save as living with HIV and the patient will die of infections. How do you accept that someone you love won't be around much longer?

One of my best friends has cancer and it's so horrible to the point where she doesn't want to live anymore. She knows she doesn't have much time to live because she was diagnosed pretty late. She wants to go through with euthanasia (physician isted suicide). I don't want her to go through with it but she said she wants to because it's so horrible and unbearable to live with cancer. Does the non-custodial parent have to pay all of the childs medical bills?

My husband has a 9 year old son that lives 3000 miles away. He has only seen him once. There was a question of the paternity and my husband never found out that he was the biological father until the child was 4 years old. My husband pays 70 dollars weekly in child support and has never missed a payment. We are able to check online at his account and his payment history and its shows that he owes $993 in rears. My husband does not have health insurance so every time his son goes to the doctor or emergency room or dentist or anything they put the bill on his child support and it puts him behind again. The mother has sent nasty letters, text messages, and emails and said that he is not allowed to see his son. We were planning for vacation next month and would go to her town to visit but she will not allow it. He called and spoke to the local child support enforcement and they told him to file for a modification and request to sign off his parental rights and he can go before a judge and it might be dismissed and he wont have to pay child support or his medical bills. I am wondering if this is even possible. I've never heard of being able to just sign off your rights and not have to be financially responsible for the child anymore. Also when my husband was laid off work, only for one week he missed, he called and texted saying she was calling the DMV to suspend his license. He got a job the very next week and started sending his payments again and then she left him alone. Would it be a good idea for him to try this modification since they are 3000 miles away and he is never allowed to see him anyways because the mother refuses even though he pays child support. Anyone in a simalar situation or any advice would help. PS we have been together 7 years and have a 4 year old son together and money is tight right now.

Ok i've been working out for the past 2 months now, and i'm using a pretty cheap home gym set, but its working. I'm using a 20 pound Bar, with those cement-filled weights, the 20 pound bar is really short and thin. And i can only benchpress up to 70 pounds using that bar, but i can benchpress 160 on a 45 pound bar. whys that???

Why does my cat pee in the wrong places right in front of me?

I have a five year old neutered male Siamese. He prefers to toilet outside but has a kitty litter box for when he is inside at night. Quite a few times he will walk up to me and then pee right next to me e.g I've been in the pantry and he walked up and then squatted near my feet to pee; or I'm at the computer and he'll climb on the desk and pee on the table; even once he peed in my sidetable drawer next to the bed!! I have seen him spray outside marking his territory but he isn't spraying near me, he's squatting. The kitty litter is always very clean because he hates it dirty. This behavour happens about once every three weeks.

Ok so im using the realistic sound engine (RSE) in the program guitar pro.. (version 5.2) and i just got a brand new computer. it is pumped with every new piece of software imaginable ( not literally but its pretty freaking fast ) its got 4 gigs of ram also. so im not sure y this happens but when i use RSE in guitar pro .. any track that isnt using RSE lags about a beat behind the rest of the tracks .. ( im trying to make a symphonic metal song but only the guitars have RSE not the symphony) so is there any fix to this using some program or is there some hidden RSE symphony that i cant find .. please help!

Temptu Airbrush System HELP?

Ok so iv had my temptu airbrush system for about a month or so and all of a sudden one of the pods stopped working. its not the machine iteself because i the highlighter still works perfectly fine. so since i couldnt get it to work i moved onto my second foundation pod. a week or so later? that one didnt work either. i need to put my makeup on now and i dont have any working foundation pods /: i tried shaking the hell out of it and sticking the little needle thing it comes with up the hole in the pod but that didnt seem to work at all. i also tried putting the nozle on the back of my hand and pulling the trigger, since i read the suction clears the pod, but that didnt work at all either. someone please help? im deeply in love with temptu airbrush and it would be very sad if i couldnt fix it since i dont have any extra money to buy new pods /:

My advice would be to relax, you'll probably get in. Dress well. That kind of stuff makes more of a difference than most students realize.

Ok i only want serious and non judgmental answers from wives in or have been in serious committed relationships and husbands that have been in this situation. So the night started off real good. Well, most techie parents love Maclaren umbrella strollers for their ability to fold and ease of use, but aren't as great on hikes - perfect for flying though and going to the zoo or aquarium. As for the other activities, most jogging/all terrain strollers would work however they are just as bulky as a regular cheap stroller. I love Baby Jogger, they are very light, have a high load bearing capability, VERY maneuverable, and take a lot of abuse - we've put at least 1,000 miles on our double and it's still looking good and working well. However, Bob is a good brand as is Phil & Teds for your needs.

There is also an epic flying mount wich goes 280% speed and is only for lvl 70s. THe Expansion also includes blood elf and dreinei. The Blood elf makes it so horde can be pally's. THe drienei makes it so alliance can be shammans. The expansion also includes new instances and the ability to go to outlands. The outlands is a new world that has lvl 60-70s and has better gear then non expansion gear. with the expansion there is new profession. The new profeesion is Jewel crafting. This allows you to make rings gems wich you put int some gear and other items. In my opinion the Burning crusade Expansion IS NOT A WASTE OF MONEY! Now i will move on to question 3. In my opinion my favorite race is human and cl is warrior becaause i like doing damage. It is up to you weather you want to be Horde or Alliance, and also up to you to choose what cl you want to be weather it is a pally(healer) or rogue (damage per second)(dps) or anything else. so i recomend that once you play you test each thing but good luck with your expirience in World Of Warcraft. :)

All day it has been happening and If I was leaking pee all day why does my bladder still get full and then I pee like normal?? Wouldn't it all leak out?? If you can afford a gym membership then you should be okay. Start out by riding the stationary bike. Then I would go through an ortment of leg exercises. At this point you really need to strengthen your hamstrings they will compensate for the lack of strength in your quads. Also do single leg press on the squat machine. Don't do too much weight and focus on completing about 20 repetitions per set. I would do three 3 sets for each exercise. Ideally you should work out for about an hour a day 4 times a week. I would also stop running in the mean time and start participating light impact cardio. You can ride the bike, use the elyptical, go swimming, ect.

I can't forgive my friend?

So here's the deal.. My family life has been pretty chaotic the past year, pretty much starting with my mom getting arrested for her 5th DUI... though I was the one who got the ball rolling and let the authorities know so that I could protect my sister, its a long story, though it caused many other events to where life is today, which isn't the best, such as stuff with my parents divorce and all that.. Though thankfully I've had some very supportive people in my life throughout all this. Well the other day my friend called me and said he wanted to share his opinion on about it all with me. Naturally I listened, though he proceeded to tell me that its all pretty much my fault that all of the stuff happening now is my fault, thanks to that decision.. I've bounced this off of plenty of people I trust, and I know I did the right thing that day, even my own mother thinks so... So after that my friend leaves a voice mail and texts me the next day apologizing for it all and wanting to hang out as if to just put it all under the bridge as soon as possible.. Though hes screwed up quite a bit before, hes not exactly bright, this is something that really cut deep.. I know it would be good to forgive him, I've forgiven him for lesser things, but I don't know if I can find in me to do so this time, let alone even want to be friends anymore... any honest thoughts?

hey, i live in a suburb of worcester too! i'm a senior this year. all of your awards are huge and impressive and will certainly help a lot. colleges also love to see grades improve as you go through high school, which yours are and that's awesome. with good recommendations, along with everything else, you probably don't have to worry too much. write an awesome essay, elaborate on your home situation (you'll have space to do that on the common app), and standardized test scores will also help you. i've also been looking at clark and emmanuel, and i honestly think you have a good shot at getting into them. especially if you write a memorable essay. i also wouldn't worry too much about um boston, the other schools i don't know very much about, but quinnipiac seems like it would be the most difficult of the bunch to get into, but that doesn't mean you won't get in. just make sure you keep working hard, and go all out on the applications. let your guard down and show them who you are

Accident involving a motorcycle? any help?

Two Weeks ago i i got hit by a motorcycle my car is an acura integra anyways i was in the lane to make a left on a solid green light into a two way street i checked to see if there where any pedestrians crossing and i also checked to make sure the where no cars coming in my direction so i went a had and made my left turn as soon as my turn was complete and i was facing the street i was turning into a motorcycle hits the back penger door i have no idea where he came from since i didnt see any cars coming i made my turn less than 15 mph since i wasnt trying to beat any one to it anyway he was hurt and was taken to the hospital..i let my insurance know and they are willing to cover even though i have no lic. so after to weaks the attorney thats working with the other guy called me to ask me questions which i did not answer is there anything i can do in this case?

Sounds like she wants the emotional connection, but not necessarily the physical connection. She's meeting her boyfriend duties between the two of you. Life is overwhelming for me. Am I made to live?

I can't eat and I can't sleep. My thoughts just won't leave me alone. People tell me not to think too much but I cannot help myself. I hate that I don't have all my answers. I hate living. I hate depending on people too because I truly think no one really cares. No one listens. All they do is judge immediately and it's extremely frustrating for me to open up and be vulnerable. Hence, I turn to the net. Sometimes, I feel so broken beyond repair. I really hate the emotional rollercoaster... it is true that I have troubles taming my thoughts. My imagination is not very kind to me. After all the impending thoughts, I feel insecure, scared and depressed. Right now, I just do not feel safe living anywhere. My mom, she doesn't get what I mean by I do not feel safe. She sees my cirstances and nothing seems wrong. On the inside, however, I really do not feel safe. Once again, I am typing aimlessly. It could be that I am depressed, there is a knot in my chest and I can't breathe. Whenever I get this, I wish I could scream at the top of my lungs or cut myself. Life is too overwhelming for me. It doesn't help that I am so damn skeptical and ytical. I don't think I can trust anyone anymore because all I see is people trying to use me to get what they want. I can never be sure that people are really being sincere or whether they are acting a certain way to get what they want in life. And I've been having outbursts of tears for almost a week now. I don't know what to believe in anymore. A part of me feels like dying because I am so weak.. I do not think I am meant to live in this world. most likely not in a hospital, because everything there is confidential and normally you have to have experience and be over 18, however, you could apply for work experience there for a week or two? One thing you will have to realize is not everyone is going to see your views so you better KNOW why you are against euthanasia of people. I will say this though, It is a Quality of Life issue for me, I prefer, and my Wife/Family is well aware of my living will, that I do not want extrodinary methods used to keep me alive when the outcome is less than certain. I know I am 30 yrs. old, but after working in healthcare and law enforcement I see people that did not make these decisions before they were ill, and now they have no family or friends to help them make this decision, or make it for them. At that point we can only ume that the person would want to live, but who in the world would want to "live" that kind of life and I do use the term "live' very loosely, because that is not exactly living.

Sounds to me like youre good on the push-ups portion. Try swimming alot and running too. In basic training portion of OSUT you will have to p the PT test at 50% on everything. (that is the minimum) after your two day break with the family you will go right back to Drill Sergeants and AIT will begin. every Soldier no matter what MOS has to p the PT test at 60% to graduate AIT. And HELL NO 100 pushups is no where near common in BCT, OSUT, or AIT. I wish you luck. also on a personal note, i would advise that you do alot of leg workouts..Expect a crap load of Road Marches. Because i have a friend who really liked this girl and she ended up dissing him for another guy (who is currently in jail for drugs and firearms) who is a knucklehead. I have read Power of Now and 50 or so pages in to A New Earth. My head is absolutely messed up at the moment though. Does Eckhart Tolle really think the world is going to become conscious, free of the egoic mind? And what would happen if it did? Would humanity no longer progress? Read it? Yeah I actually own a copy....it is a little dated as far as cultural and historical infromation about the People themsleves, but the rednitions of the old tales is excellent. About three hours ago, no joke, I was in school and my principal found a copy of the anarchist's cookbook on my school computer, in Maine we get laptops to bring home and stuff. I had a copy of the book on my computer and intended to read it in school. They also found four pictures, one had a jew joke, one had a woman joke and two had black jokes. They kicked me out of school and will not let me back until I have a risk evaluation done at the local police station. I've seen a psychiatrist in the past and had no problems at all. Did anyone else see "Cloverfield" and get motion sickness?

and did get very nauseous about 30 minutes into the film. I did stay for the entire film but I did contemplate leaving once during my viewing. I've seen "The Blair Witch Project" numerous times and never had a problem with the shaky cam because it wasn't a constant element of the entire film. "Cloverfield" on the other hand was 95% shaky cam and my stomach and head didn't agree with that execution. That all being said I did like the concept/plot of the film. I won't ever be watching it again though.

It sounds like he is fine, he just doesn't like different textures like the gr. As for the being a super picky eater, I have never met a child who was not a super picky eater. My daughter went through a phase where she would only eat potatoes. Mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, french fries, potatoes in eggs (basically anything with potato in it). It got to the point where my husband and I could not stand the sight of a potato. The book thing is cute. My son has a favorite book, The Moon in my Room, and turns to the exact page he wants read all the time. Your son is probably just fond of the particular part of the story. I am almost 17 years old and I live with my 83 year old grandmother and my mother in a house that my grandfather whom ive never met built. At the same time, if you use this solution you have to take into consideration how much luggage you have. So stressed out...I don't know what to do about money?

I don't know what to do and I feel like I have no options. I am 40 weeks pregnant and scheduled to be induced next week. My fiance was laid off from his construction job after we found out I was pregnant, so he gets only a little bit of unemployment money. I was also laid off from MY job after I got pregnant (they didn't know I was pregnant though, so there are no legal claims there). I did find a new job since then so we at least have benefits for the pregnancy and baby. The problem is that my employer doesn't offer any kind of paid maternity leave, not even short term disability. They told me I have to take six weeks unpaid leave and I can't return even then without a doctor's release. I don't know what to do because no one else will likely hire me and we probably won't have enough to cover everything with just my fiance's unemployment. My state provides no resources for us, and even WIC told me that we don't qualify because since I am on leave my pay will be considered in the income guidelines. It doesn't matter if I'm currently on unpaid leave or not. What can I do?

My wife is uninsured, she has epilepsy which has prevented us from finding suitable and affordable insurance for her with our limited resources. I have just been notified that I am to be laid off for a month due to slow down of the construction industry. Our problem is that I am the only one able to work, and since I have temporarily lost my job I will not be bringing in enough to pay for the medicine my wife needs. Is there some type of help in this area available to ensure that she still receives the medicines she needs? We are located in Alabama. I have already looked at the other benefits and we have found that we will be ok on everything except the medicine.

Wait.... How am I not a Christian?

I've been wanting to ask this for a while. Every once in a while I will run into someone who says something along the lines of "I used to be Catholic before I became a Christian" or Mormon, or Baptist, or Lutheran, etc... My definition of Christian has always been someone who believes that Jesus Christ was the son of god and that he died for their sins. How are any of those religions not Christian? Is there some new church that calls itself Christian? Is there a Christian church that calls itself that? Or are these "I used to be but am now Christian" people just nuts?

I cut myself i'm 14 and i need help?

im 14 i have a huge problem with cutting myself its usually on my left arm. I'm not sure how it started one day i was sad and really depressed and i just grabbed a razor and cut up my left arm. Its usually not very deep but enough to leave a scar and bleed for a little while. i'm scared because i don't know how to stop i don't know why i like it so much and i never know what to do after i cut myself. Like i know how to disinfect my razor and the wound i know how to clean it and bandage it i just don't know how to explain to people or my parents please help. i did it yesterday and i cut myself 53 times.
